1. User Responsibility

9people.club is a live P2P (peer-to-peer) communication platform. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or record video and audio streams. By entering a room, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own experience and well-being. Nobody forces you to turn on your camera or interact with anyone.

2. Unpredictable Content

Because conversations happen in real-time between real people, you may encounter content, behavior, or language that you find offensive, unpleasant, or inappropriate. We do our best to maintain a clean platform, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of every user.

3. Your Tools for Safety

If you encounter an abusive or unpleasant user, you are expected to take immediate action using the provided tools:

Mute/Block: You can mute any user's audio or hide their video stream directly in the chat interface.
Leave immediately: You can exit the room at any second with a single click.

4. Prohibited Behavior

While the platform is open, you are strictly prohibited from using it for illegal activities, distributing harmful content, streaming violence, or engaging in harassment. Violators may be banned from the platform permanently.
